What if my city is not listed?
Contact us before planning work. This list shows the areas in our directory; it does not automatically confirm service elsewhere. Provide your address for a specific answer rather than assuming a neighbouring city is covered.
Should an emergency wait for an online request?
For an active leak or overflow, call directly. Shut off the water if the valve can be reached safely, and stop using fixtures that worsen a sewer backup. Stay away from water near electrical equipment. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Are prices and arrival times the same in every area?
They depend on the problem, access conditions, required parts and availability. A city appearing in this directory is neither a quote nor a promise of an arrival time. Clarify the conditions of the visit and the next steps before authorizing work.
